Spring Socks

Just in the nick of time, my plain stockinette stitch socks are done.
Yarn was Imagine Knit Sock Yarn in "Longing for Spring"
100% Superwash Merino Wool
Fingering weight
Needles Knit Picks nickle plated sock needles
Size 2 and 1
Pattern was from The Knitters Handy Book of Patterns by Ann Budd.

A slipped stitched heel flap is very pretty in this I think.

They're not blocked but they are done. Whew! I love how these turned out and they are super comfy, soft and hug my feet. On to something new!

Blocked schmocked! They look great - and they brighten up this yucky long spring.

The yarn is gorgeous! So many colors- you are quite talented.

Been lurking for awhile. Have even left a comment or two.

Have fun: You’ve been tagged!

Using the top 100 yarns on Ravelry (by number of projects), tell the world what you think of the yarns you’ve worked with or would like to use. You get to add comments as desired, and then pass the meme along to five other knitters/crocheters. Link back to the originator and the person who tagged you. That’d be me. :-) Links and further details can be found at today’s post:
